Here is an update to our customers regarding our business and COVID-19. Our Comox and Courtenay stores remain open during the pandemic, and we are continuing to do service calls to home and businesses.
With changes to British Columbia health guidelines, we have updated our policies regarding COVID-19. As in any public indoor space, masks are now mandatory in our stores. We also require hand sanitizing for all visitors, and we are also limiting capacity of our store to no more than three customers at one time. Social distancing continues to be observed and we keep a minimum of two metres apart. We are cleaning touch surfaces and wiping down computer equipment as it comes into the store.
We are continuing to do in-home and in-office visits. Our road technicians wear protective masks and take the necessary precautions to maintain the safety of our customers.
